Show of Monte Carlo Gastronomie, 26e edition. November 24 to 27, 2023, at the marquee of Monaco
Monte-Carlo Gastronomie offers visitors the chance to taste and buy a variety of carefully selected products, just in time for the festive season. More than 100 producers of French, Italian and European gastronomic products on 2,500 m2, in a refined and convivial setting.
Our event is supported by numerous associations, including Monaco Goût et Saveurs, the Association des Maîtres d'Hôtel Italiens et Français, the Association Monégasque des Sommeliers, the Slow Food Riviera Côte d'Azur association and the Association de l'Industrie Hôtelière Monégasque.
Carefully selected fine products, blending the authentic flavours of the French, Italian and European regions: wines, champagnes, cognac, armagnac and liqueurs from producers' estates, as well as salmon, foie gras, seafood, truffles, caviar, chocolates, sweets, cheeses, cured meats, organic products, jams... Tableware, kitchen utensils and original gift ideas also make this unique event a show of elegance and refinement.

Maestro chef competition
Our Maestro Chef competition for culinary enthusiasts will be back at the 25th Monte-Carlo Gastronomie!
For its 4th edition, the Maestro Chef competition will feature 8 candidates who will have to create dishes whose theme will be revealed on the day of the competition. The jury is made up of top chefs from the Principality of Monaco and the winner of the 3rd edition. Candidates will be judged on creativity, presentation, taste and anti-waste.
The 8 candidates will be filmed and the images broadcast on the show's social networks. The prize-giving ceremony will be broadcast live, and the winner will receive a cheque for 2,000 euros. The competition is organized with the Monaco Goût et Saveurs Association, chaired by Joël Garault.
